Registration Fee

Kiwanis Piscadera has adopted this project to help bring the knowledge and awareness about care for the persons with spinal cord injury and encourage the social workers, occupational – and physic therapists to participate. You are the backbone for the recovery of a person with spinal cord injury. In reference herewith Kiwanis Piscadera is giving all local social workers, occupational – and physic therapist the opportunity to participate for the price of fl. 175,--. They have to register using the code Kipi2014.

Conference registration fee includes full access to all activities, such as presentations, coffee breaks, lunch, opening and closing cocktail party.

Payments can be done on name of "Fundashon Alton Paas" through the banks.

Deadline to submit a registration is May 7, 2014. Your registration is guaranteed when we receive your registration fee payment.

Cancellation policy

There are no refunds for cancellation of your conference registration. Substitutions are permitted if it is requested before May 8, 2014.

International Attendees

International attendees can pay by wire transfer. If you would like to do so, please complete the registration form and select ‘Bank transfer / wire transfer as the method of payment. Once you have submitted the form, we will send you an invoice for the outstanding balance along with wiring instructions. Your registration will remain pending until we receive the payment. Please note that the deadline to submit a registration with wire transfer payment method is April 25, 2014. We cannot accept pending registrations after this date because there will not be sufficient time to process the payment.
